Congratulations on Becoming a Saint!

Now that you have been accepted at Our Lady of the Lake University, here are your next steps:

Check your Application Status Page regularly. This is where you will find your acceptance letter and credentials to access “Self-Service” to view your financial aid and scholarship status. If you have not applied for financial aid and plan to do so, you should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)  as soon as possible.

1. Getting Started

Your temporary password and more information on this step are available on your Application Status  page.

The $100 deposit will be applied to your tuition bill after you attend an advising and registration appointment. The deposit is required before you can complete the next steps.

Pay your Deposit

During this appointment, you will set your class schedule for your first semester. After you submit your deposit, you can schedule an appointment with an undergraduate admissions counselor.

After you have submitted your enrollment deposit and completed your advising and registration appointment, you will be able to sign up for Student Success Conference through your Application Status page. All incoming first-year students are required to attend orientation.

2. Before Student Success Conference

Upon completing advising and registration, a Financial Aid Counselor will email you with appointment options to explain your award information and show you how to accept your financial aid award package in the "Financial Aid" section in "Self-Service " (requires your OLLU username and password).

Financial Aid Office Contact Information:
Phone – 210-431-3960
Email – finaid@ollusa.edu

OLLU requires all students to have health insurance and places the fee for student health insurance on the student bill. Students who have their own health insurance can remove the fee from their bill by providing proof of insurance and waiving the OLLU-provided insurance. Instructions are available on the OLLU Health Services web page.

This step will be available through the “Student Finance" link in the “Self-Service ” (requires your OLLU username and password) section. This step should be completed before attending Lake Day Orientation. The Student Business Office will email you to set up an appointment to assist you with the process. Once you complete this step, you are eligible for a free T-shirt from the Student Business Office.
