In addition to OLLU’s accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to offer bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees, the university offers several programs that have specialized accreditations from national professional associations and councils.
OLLU's undergraduate and graduate business programs are nationally accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). The ACBSP is the leading specialized accreditation body for business education.
The Master of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). The Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy (COAMFTE) is responsible for establishing standards of competence in clinical education for the profession of marriage and family therapy, and for the review and recognition of programs successfully meeting these standards.
OLLU's Social Work programs are accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), which is recognized as the sole accrediting agency for social work education in the United States and its territories.
