These programs are offered fully online to provide working professionals with the opportunity to further their career while maintaining their current employment.

From your initial CX maturity assessment, vision development and goal setting, persona and journey design, to empathy stories and cultural engagement, be ready to roll-up your sleeves and apply your new skills in this hands-on, interactive course. Offered online or in-person at our OLLU Houston Campus.

The online Master of Science degree in Cybersecurity at Our Lady of the Lake University prepares students for multiple industry certifications and professional technical management roles requiring advanced credentials. The Master of Arts in Teaching degree is designed for students who have earned a bachelor’s degree and would like to add teacher certification while earning a master’s degree. Students can choose from specializations in areas that are critical to school districts in the region:  Bilingual Education - Elementary, English as a Second Language - Elementary,  Special Education - Elementary, and Secondary and All-Level in Mathematics, Science, English Language Arts, History, Music, Art, Physical Education and Spanish with additional certification in English as a Second Language.

The Master of Science degree in Nonprofit Management is for individuals with an interest in learning more about the nonprofit industry. The program is designed to meet the needs of practicing executives in nonprofit settings and for students who seek to learn more about managing and leading a nonprofit entity with business acumen. The program is offered completely online.

The Master of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) prepares practitioners to assist with mental health concerns in family and social contexts using relational strengths-based approaches to psychotherapy. The MFT program is designed to meet the academic requirements for licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas, and also meets the academic requirements for licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. 

The Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) is designed to prepare students for general practice as a social worker and for acceptance in to graduate school. Graduates of the program are eligible for licensure by examination by the State of Texas and for full membership in the National Association of Social Workers. A minor in Social Welfare and Social Justice is also available. The BSW is offered face-to-face and online.

The Master of Social Work (MSW) degree program will prepare students to change the lives of children and families in need while building the foundation for their own career in social service leadership and advanced direct practice. A foundation program is available for students whose bachelor's degree is in something other than social work and an advanced standing program is available for students who hold a BSW from a CSWE-accredited institution. The MSW is offered face-to-face and online.

The PhD in Social Work degree places an emphasis on advanced social work practice and focuses on preparing practitioner-scholars who bridge the gap between academic researchers and practitioners. The program is an academically rigorous program designed for professionals to earn their PhD in as little as three years full time. The online program requires a one-week summer residency each summer of study.
